Focus on Chapters 3-5. Review karma yoga concept links. Apply one teaching to a current life situation.
Week 3: Bhakti and Devotion
Focus on Chapters 9, 12. Review bhakti-yoga, shraddha, avatara concepts. Reflect on Chapter 12's 'dear to Me' qualities.
Week 4: Self-Knowledge Week
Focus on Chapters 2, 13, 15. Review atman, brahman, purusha-prakriti. Can you explain each without notes?
Week 5: Gunas and Nature
Focus on Chapter 14. Classify your week's experiences as tamas, rajas, or sattva. Write 3 examples of each.
Week 6: Integration Week
No new material. Review everything covered. Write one paragraph on: how has Gita study changed your thinking?
